Copy Paste M$ CMD

To Copy:
(Alt+Space) -> E -> K
Use arrow keys to navigate cursor to start of mark to select for copying.
(Shift+ArrowKeys) -> selects text in column mode (select text to copy)
(Enter) copies selected text.
To Paste:
(Alt+Space) -> E -> P
